A heavy, PET plastic carboy ideal for secondary fermentations of wine or beer. The material is completely taste and odor free, stain resistant, and impermeable to oxygen. Smooth inner walls prevent sediment from collecting and make for easy cleaning. The mouth fits a No. 10 rubber stopper.

Do not fill or clean with liquids hotter than 127 °F (53 °C)

They are impermeable to oxygen, which improves the quality & fermentation of your beer & wine! Able to withstand 15 psi of pressure, they are safer than glass & highly durable. The punt base allows for ease of carrying & pouring with minimal sediment movement, while the extra head space facilitates thermal expansion during fermentation. With no ribs on the sides to collect yeast, cleaning & sanitizing is much easier. Carboy sizes align with volumes of most wine kits, making these the ideal choice for secondary fermentation of your wine.
