American Classic Dark Malt Extract is an extract of 100% malted barley, and is ideally suited for brewing medium to full bodied beers with a rich brown to black color.

1 lb in water to create a volume of one gallon equals approximately 1.036 ppg

Suggested Use 2 - 3.3 lb pouches to produce a beer with an original gravity of 1.048 and abv of approximately 4.9%.
