Shipping and returns

Currently we ship by UPS ground, USPS Priority and FedEx. If you need shipping via some other carrier or method please let us know using the comments section on the checkout form. You will still be charged UPS ground shipping, but American Brewmaster will contact you for authorization concerning any shipping charge changes due to using another carrier or shipping method prior shipping your purchases..

If you need to return an item contact us using the "Contact Us" link in the "Information" box in the left hand column of the web site. Give us your name, address, shipping information, date of purchase and reason for returning the item. (We just like to know how we can improve our service.) You will be given a return authorization. When we receive the product in good condition you will get a refund on the credit card used to purchase the product. Its that simple.

UPS deliveries can not be made to USPS PO Boxes.

International orders:
International orders are welcome, but may incur an additional handling fee depending on the complexity of the order. Simple orders that are easy to package in one or two boxes going overseas will not usually incur addtional charges. Large orders, especially with glass, may be assessed an additional handling fee. We will ship in the most economical manner if requested, so your shipping bill may vary. We will confirm all changes with you prior to shipping.
