This yeast strain produces intenese esters with a complex fruitiness, but does not give a significant amount of banana or bubblegum phenolics typical of this style of yeast.  Good choice for Belgian Dubbels and Tripels, and Belgian Strong Golden Ales.

Apparent Attenuation: 74-78%

Temperature Range: 64-78 F
