Hood Pellet 5.5 24.6 60 min .5 oz Willamette Pellet 5.1 3 15 min .5 oz Willamette Pellet 5.1 0 0 min Yeast *SafAle-05 American Ale yeast (*comes with kit) Wyeast 1056 American Ale Wyeast 1272 American Ale II Recommended Fermentation Temperature: 66 ° F - 70 ° F Mash  Schedule Water-to-Grain Ratio: 1.33 qts/lb Mash Time: 60 min. Mash Temperature: 150 ° F Sparge Temperature: 170 ° F Add kettle coagulant (optional and not included in kit) with 15 minutes left in the boil. Cool wort, aerate, pitch yeast and ferment for 7-10 days or more. Rack to secondary fermenter if greater clarity is desired but this step is not always necessary. Package and enjoy. CHEERS!
