Robust Porter Instructions American Brewmaster all grain kits make some basic assumptions. We assume you have a basic understanding of brewing and fermentation principles. We also make the assumption that you have the proper equipment to brew all grain beer and understand your equipment in order to make individual adjustments to properly brew this beer. Kent Goldings Pellet 5 5.7 30 min Yeast *Nottingham Ale dry yeast (*comes with kit) Wyeast 1028 London Ale Wyeast 1098 British Ale Wyeast 1318 London III Ale Recommended Fermentation Temperature: 68 ° F -73 ° F Mash  Schedule Water-to-Grain Ratio: 1.33 qts/lb Mash Time: 60 min. Mash Temperature: 152 ° F Sparge Temperature: 170 ° F Add kettle coagulant (optional and not included in kit) with 15 minutes left in the boil. Cool wort, aerate, pitch yeast and ferment for 7-10 days or more. Rack to secondary fermenter if greater clarity is desired but this step is not always necessary. Package and enjoy. CHEERS!
