Use one tablet per gallon to sanitize must and at racking to prevent oxidation.

2 1/4 tablets added to wine kits will extend shelf life and is approximately equal to 1/4 teaspoon of Potassium Metabisulfite.

Use 2 tablets per 8 ounces to sanitize equipment
