Willamette is US Grown Fuggle Type hop.

Great character and aroma.

All English-style Ales, and US Pale and Brown Ales.

A quality aroma hop, Mild and pleasant, slightly spicy

Use - All English-Style Ales, and U.S.Pale and Brown Ales

Possible Substitutions - U.S.Fuggle, Styrian Golding

 

Alpha Acid - 4.0%-6.0%

Origin/History - Willamette is a triploid aroma-type hop, which originated in the mid 1970s and is a seedling of Fuggle. It is a very popular aroma hop, contributing in 1998 to 18% of the total USA hop crop.
