Challenger Pellet 7 23.5 60 min .25 oz. Challenger Pellet 7 2.1 15 min Yeast *Nottingham Ale dry yeast (*comes with kit) Wyeast 1028 London Ale Wyeast 1098 British Ale Wyeast 1469 West Yorkshire Ale Recommended Fermentation Temperature: 67 ° F -70 ° F Mash  Schedule Water-to-Grain Ratio: 1.33 qts/lb Mash Time: 60 min. Mash Temperature: 154 ° F Sparge Temperature: 170 ° F Add kettle coagulant (optional and not included in kit) with 15 minutes left in the boil. Cool wort, aerate, pitch yeast and ferment for 7-10 days or more. Rack to secondary fermenter if greater clarity is desired but this step is not always necessary. Package and enjoy. CHEERS!
