NO YEAST IS INCLUDED IN OUR LAGER KITS so as to give you the best option for your fermenting situation. We recommend using Wyeast 2112, Wyeast 2565 Kolsch Yeast or K-97 German Ale Yeast. These are all hybrid yeasts capable of fermenting as high as 68F. We also recommend Fermentis US-05.
