Flaked Rye 1 oz

play dry is used in much the same way as rye malt is used in beer, however it doesn't contain the necessary enzymes to convert itself. you at the same spicy pepper e-notes and the added mouthfeel from flay tri although the flavor may be slightly less intense than rye malt. play try is also easier to sparge then rye malt. Use 10 to 20% of flaked rye for any grist that you desire rye character in. it is excellent in IPAs, Saisons and other beers such as stouts and pale ales
