Rye Malt 4, approximately 3 lovibond.
Provides a crisp, dry character to your beer.
Use in Rye Pale Ales, Rye Ales Rye Lager and other
top-fermented rye beers.
Generally used up to 50% of the grist. This grain is sticky and gummy and can cause issues in the lautering process.
Rice Hulls may be used to facilitate sparging.
