Stops fermentation by preventing yeast from spawning daughter cells, reducing chances of having exploding bottles

Use Potassium Sorbate (Sorbistat K) to prevent refermentation in wine when you want to sweeten your wine, or leave residual sugar in your wine.
Use in conjunction with Potassium Metabisulfite (or Campden Tablets).

Use 1/4 teaspoon disolved in a quarter cup of water per gallon of wine you wish to stablize. Add prior to bottling
