An aggressive bittering hop with acceptable aroma and low co-Humulone content.

 

Use - Pale Ale, IPA.

Alpha Acid - 15.0-20.0%

 

Origin/History - Warrior™ Brand YCR005 is a bittering hop of a recent origin, bred by Yakima Chief Ranches.

A general-purpose bittering hop that offers a neutral, clean bittering primarily in ale styles. 
Alpha acids are in the range of 15% to 20%. 
It has a relative low cohumulone content which contributes to a smooth, pleasing bitterness.
