White Sorghum Syrup -

This high maltose white sorghum grain syrup is highly fermentable, light and color and mildly sweet.
Serves as replacement for malt extract when lower flavor and color are desired.

Use to produce GLUTEN Free beer or as a malt replacement for less color and flavor.

Try using with Rice Syrup Solids for a light and crisp American Style beer.

1 pound of Belgian Candi Sugar with a teaspoon of Corriander and 1/2 ounce of sweet orange peel should make a nice light Belgian style brew.
